Novigem rewards the everyday Salesforce work that keeps your data true.
A Salesforce-native gamification platform, built and run by one Salesforce specialist in the Netherlands. Points land the moment a record saves, inside the org you already use.

Why Novigem exists
The same problem, in every org
Tim Schuitemaker has worked in Salesforce orgs for more than 15 years and holds 17 Salesforce certifications. In every one of those orgs, adoption and data quality were the top issues.
Next to training, gamification is one of the few things that changes behaviour for good, and the peer-reviewed research backs that up. So in 2026 he started building it where the work already happens: inside Salesforce itself.
Tim is also managing director of GoMeddo. Novigem is bootstrapped and has one founder, so the person you talk to is the person who ships the fix.

Product
What it looks like
Rules score the updates you care about, on any Salesforce object. Reps see their points, streaks and challenges on the pages they already open, and the team sees the leaderboard on the office TV. Every feature is on the features page.

How we build it
Three things that do not change
Everything stays inside Salesforce
Novigem is a managed package that runs in your org. Nothing is synced to an outside server, so points land the moment a record saves and your data never leaves.
Reward the work, not only the win
Closed deals already get celebrated. Novigem scores the daily updates that make a pipeline true: next steps, close dates, logged calls, worked cases.
Published prices, no long contracts
Flat monthly pricing by team size, on the pricing page for anyone to read, and 30 days notice to cancel.
How this compares with LevelEleven, Spinify, Ambition, SalesScreen and Hoopla is on the alternatives page.
