How to choose between Salesforce gamification tools

Every tool on this page will show you a leaderboard in the demo. The differences that decide whether the programme still works in month six show up in four places.

01

Where the product runs

Spinify, Ambition, SalesScreen, and Hoopla sync your Salesforce data to their own servers on a polling cycle: a delay between action and points, and pipeline data in a second system. LevelEleven, like Novigem, is a Salesforce-native managed package. The full breakdown is on our Salesforce gamification page.

02

What gets scored

Volume metrics are the easiest to count and the easiest to game. Look for quality weighting, where a logged meeting with notes earns more than a bare voicemail, and scoring on any object so CS and support can join. The reasoning is in the complete guide.

03

Where reps see it

A leaderboard behind a second login stops being opened by week three. Check that standings render inside Salesforce Lightning, and if a TV is part of the plan, read what belongs on the screen first: a wall display amplifies whatever the leaderboard already does.

04

What it costs at your team size

Per-seat pricing with an annual contract makes sense at 200 reps, rarely at 15. Novigem prices flat per team band; the numbers are on the pricing page. Run the maths at the team size you expect in a year, not the one you have today.
