Field service gamification that rewards the job done properly, on the Work Order itself.
Novigem scores the Work Orders and Service Appointments your technicians already complete in Salesforce: the status, the report, the details. Points land when the record saves, and technicians earn badges for the work done right.
The job got done. The record didn't.
Field work happens away from a desk, so the Salesforce record is the last thing on the list. Everything that depends on that record pays for it later.
Reports written from memory
The job report gets typed in the van at the end of the day, or the next morning. What was replaced, what was measured and what the customer was told shrink to three words.
The next visit starts blind
When the same asset fails again, the technician who goes back finds a closed Work Order that says the job was done, and nothing about how.
Good work goes unseen
The technician who documents every job properly looks exactly like the one who does not, until a callback or a complaint makes the difference visible.
Reward the record, the moment it is saved.
Novigem runs inside Salesforce and scores the Work Order when the technician saves it. Set the bar once, for example a report of at least 20 words, and a complete record earns points while an empty one earns none. Same job, same technician, a different habit.
Replaced valve. Tested. Done.
Replaced the leaking pressure relief valve on the boiler. Tested at 1.5 bar for 15 minutes, no drop. Customer shown the new filling loop. Advised annual service in March.
Illustration of one rule: Work Order completed, report of at least 20 words, 25 points.
Built for the objects field teams work in.
Rules on Work Orders and Service Appointments
Score the field service objects your team already completes. Status changes, filled fields, dates, the length of a report: every condition is a field on the record.
Quality thresholds, not job counts
Require a report of at least 20 words, an asset on the job, or a close-out on the same day. A quick close with an empty report earns nothing.
Crew challenges and head-to-head battles
Run a challenge per region or per crew, or put two crews against each other on the same rule. Leaderboards reset on the period you choose, and can run on the depot TV with the Novigem Wallboard.
Team Pulse for whoever plans the work
Engagement, goal pace and last activity per technician on one screen, with the people who need attention at the top.
Setup: register Work Order or Service Appointment in Novigem Admin and add one record-triggered Flow that calls the packaged Evaluate Record with Novigem action. No Apex, and everything still runs inside your org.
Badges for the work they are proud of.
A badge marks something a technician actually did: fifty jobs closed with a complete report, twenty-five close-outs on the day. It is earned the moment the record saves, not handed out at the yearly review.
- Designed in the Badge Builder, with your own names and colours
- Attached to a challenge, so finishing it awards the badge
- Collected on the technician's own profile, earned and still to earn
- Announced in Chatter and in the activity feed on the team's wallboard

Is Novigem right for your service team?
- Service teams that already complete Work Orders or Service Appointments in Salesforce
- Service managers who chase incomplete job reports at the end of the week
- Teams that share a depot, workshop or office with a screen on the wall
- Field teams whose jobs live in a separate field service tool rather than in Salesforce
- Technicians who never create or update a Salesforce record themselves
- Teams looking for route planning or scheduling. Novigem scores the work; it does not plan it
