The 5 Best Salesforce Gamification Tools in 2026 (and Who Each One Is Actually For)

Tim Schuitemaker5 min read

Every sales gamification tool looks great in the demo. Confetti, a podium, a rep climbing the leaderboard in real time. Then you buy it, and by month three nobody opens the second login, the points lag behind what happened in Salesforce, and the renewal quote arrives priced per seat.

If you run Sales Ops or RevOps on Salesforce, you have probably felt some version of this. The research on gamification is solid. Where teams go wrong is picking a tool built for a different team, a different budget or a different data model than theirs.

So here are the five Salesforce gamification tools worth a serious look right now. Prices and plans below were checked against each vendor's own pricing page and AppExchange listing in October 2026. Yes, we make one of them. That is why every entry below says who the tool is for, including the ones where the honest answer is "not you, buy the other one."

1. Novigem: Salesforce-native, flat price, built for 5 to 50 reps

Novigem is Salesforce gamification shipped as a managed AppExchange package, so it runs entirely inside your Salesforce org. Points fire on the record page when a rep logs a call, moves a stage or fills in next steps, on any object, standard or custom. Nothing is copied to an outside server, and reps never see a second login. Pricing is published and flat: EUR 399 a month for 5 to 15 users, EUR 699 for 16 to 30, however many of them use it.

A Salesforce opportunity record moved to Closed Won. Novigem's panel on the record page shows the First Blood badge unlocked and 675 points earned, with the rule behind each one.

Picture a 12-rep team whose real problem is pipeline hygiene: missing next steps, stale close dates. The ops lead sets up point rules for next steps and close dates in an afternoon, with no code, and is live inside a week. A wallboard for the sales floor TV comes in every plan.

The Novigem wallboard for a sales floor screen: a podium for the top three, the ranked chasing pack, points over time, an active challenge and a live activity ticker.

What you won't get is a reward shop or an enterprise coaching suite.

Best for: small and mid-size Salesforce teams that want adoption and data quality fixed without a per-seat bill.

2. LevelEleven: the mature native option for bigger teams

LevelEleven is the other genuinely Salesforce-native tool on this list. Like Novigem, it is a managed package and your data stays in your org. It has been around longer, and it shows: a structured coaching module, Channel11 screen alerts across multiple offices, and deeper reporting. It is now sold as part of Ascent Cloud, after LevelEleven merged with Geopointe in 2020.

The tradeoff is cost. It is priced per seat: $50 per user per month for Motivate and $60 for Coach, per its AppExchange listing, or from $45 with an annual commitment. At 15 reps that is roughly $750 a month, and the bill grows with every hire.

Best for: larger enterprise teams that want native data and a real coaching module, and can afford per-seat pricing. Full comparison.

3. Ambition: enterprise coaching first, gamification second

Ambition has rebuilt itself as a "revenue execution platform." Gamification is now one module of three, next to coaching orchestration and an AI performance graph. Its coaching is the real thing: structured 1:1 cadences, action plans, manager notes and an AI coaching assistant. If coaching is your main need, take it seriously.

It is not native, though. A scheduled Apex job syncs your Salesforce data to Ambition's platform, where everything runs. Pricing is published: $45, $65 or $75 per user per month, AI charged on top, and a two-year term as standard. For a 30-plus-rep org with a dedicated Sales Ops function, that can add up. For a 10-rep team, it is a lot of platform.

Best for: organisations with 30+ reps where structured coaching is the priority. Full comparison.

4. SalesScreen: the deepest game mechanics

If you want a game, SalesScreen has the most game. Missions, XP levels, battles and a reward shop where reps spend what they earn. We don't have a spendable currency, and if a rewards economy is the reason you are buying, SalesScreen is the better pick. We say that on our own comparison page too. Check the tier, though: the reward shop and battles are on Pro and Enterprise only.

The architecture is the thing to check with your security team. SalesScreen connects through a Salesforce API user with org-wide read access and pulls your records out to its platform continuously. Salesforce counts as a premium integration, sold as an add-on on the entry tier. Published prices are $30 per user per month for Scale (teams of 10+) and $45 for Pro (teams of 15+), with Enterprise on request. Coaching and Scorecards are add-ons at $5 per user per month each.

Best for: teams that want a full rewards economy and are comfortable with data leaving the org. Full comparison.

5. Spinify: TV-first leaderboards

Spinify built its name on the big screen. Leaderboards on the office TV, celebrations when deals close, and a very visual product. Its Business plan is $25 per user per month billed annually, with a 5-user minimum, unlimited TV displays, personalised reward stores and a free trial. If the sales floor TV is the centrepiece of your plan, it is a strong fit.

Read the word "native" carefully here. Spinify installs from AppExchange, but the app syncs a copy of your records to Spinify's own platform, where competitions and leaderboards run. That means pipeline data living in a second system, and custom fields or custom objects need its advanced sync options.

Best for: teams where the office screen is the strategy and an external sync is fine. Full comparison.

Also worth knowing: Hoopla is still sold and still good at broadcast production on office TVs. It has changed owners twice, to Raydiant in 2021 and Displai Systems in 2025, publishes no pricing, and its Salesforce connector was last updated in February 2023. Details here.

How to choose in two questions

Strip away the demos and two questions decide most of this.

Must your data stay in Salesforce? If yes, your shortlist is Novigem and LevelEleven. If no, all five are open.

How many reps will you have in a year? Per-seat pricing grows with every hire. Flat pricing grows only when you move up a band. Below about 15 reps, some per-seat tools cost less than a flat rate. Above it, the gap usually flips. Run the maths at the team size you expect in a year.

Then pick the tool built for your problem. Coaching depth points to Ambition or LevelEleven. A rewards shop points to SalesScreen or Spinify. A TV-first culture points to Spinify. Adoption and clean data on a 5 to 50 rep team is what we built Novigem for. Whichever you pick, track the behaviour, not just the outcome, or no tool on this list will save you.

If Novigem sounds like your fit, the standard way in is a 6-week pilot. You set the KPIs upfront, review the lift at week six against your baseline, and only pay if you continue. See pricing or install it from AppExchange.

Which of these have you tried, and what made you stop using it? Tell us. We read every reply, and the honest answers make the next version of this list better.

Ready to try this inside Salesforce?

Novigem turns the behaviours in this post into automated challenges with points, badges, and leaderboards.
